A friend asked me to make this blend to help with her back pain. Since then I have had several requests for it. But what works for one may not work for the next. This oil should not take the place of professional medical advice.
This blend has Lavender, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Sandalwood, Ginger, Pepper, Clove, Sage, Lemongrass. All essential oils that are beneficial to relaxing sore tight muscles.
Our oils are a combination of base oils and essential oils. Base oils are derived from plants and are usually pressed from nuts, kernels or seeds. Essential oils are highly concentrated essences that come from plants and fruit. In aromatherapy, base oils are used to dilute essential oils before they are applied to the skin. Our massage oils, aromatherapy bath oil and essential body oil each have a beautiful fragrance because we use only the highest quality essential oils (not fragrance oils). Food-grade organic carrier oils as a base are combined with the essential oils, because they are actually food for the body, and carry the other ingredients into the body tissues. These carriers are noted for their absorb ability, and their ability to stimulate cleansing activities within the body. Each of our massage oils, aromatherapy bath oil and essential body oil is delicately fragrant and do not overpower when used after a shower or bath.

- Bath oil: Add 2-3 tablespoons to your bath, after you are in it.
